Shipping policy

International shipping has always been a gamble, but it got worse since Covid. Mail could be very slow (2 months or more to get to Europe) and/or end up getting lost.

When we drop the package at USPS or FedEx, it becomes their responsibility. So to cover our clients and ourselves, we installed the Route Package Protection (RPP) to cover the orders if anything happens along the way. If the package gets lost, RPP should be able to replace it (when it applies) or send a refund. We strongly advise you to take this option, for a few dollars more, you will be 100% covered. We are doing everything in our power to ensure your order arrives safely and if it doesn’t, we try, at least, to get you your money back.

* For orders less than $700 :

You will have the option to choose if you want us to use USPS or FedEx at check out.
We also strongly recommend you to take the Route Package Protection (RPP) option, as it will be the ONLY way that you can get a refund if your package gets lost (more details in *TIPS*).
If you don’t have the RPP, we won’t be able to help if anything happens to the package along the way.

* For orders $700 or more :

We will use FedEx only. In order to cover both of us, the Route Protection Package is now mandatory to take for your package to ship. Any order without RPP will be canceled.
Note: you can’t add RPP afterward, it has to be done at the time of checkout.

* TIPS *

* After we send you your tracking number in your email, you can go to www.usps.com and enter your email address to be updated every step of the way. We do recommend doing so, so you can know when it’s getting closer to you. (Updates are available on www.fedex.com as well)
(Go on usps.com, enter your tracking number and you’ll see below the option “text & email updates”, enter your email address, check “all below updates” and you should be all set).

* Checking your tracking number will allow you to see if your package has arrived at the facility near you. If you’re not notified when the package is ready for pick up, please go directly to your local post office (with your ID) so you can get the package. After 7 days, it will be considered unclaimed and sent back to me.
Re-shipping will be at your own expense, so please, keep an eye on your tracking number.

*  For the Route Package Protection, they will accept your claim if it’s done within the next 30 days of the last update on the tracking number. (To file a claim : https://claims.route.com/)

* For FedEx, if your package is not delivered within 7 days after the scheduled day, they can’t look into it anymore, you’ll need to file a claim. So please contact FedEx as soon as your package is delayed.

* If you have any more questions, feel free to directly email us : graffitiloseremail@gmail.com and we’ll be happy to help.
